As artisans of honey production, all our honey is single apiary. No matter how small the batch is from an apiary, we extract it separately from all our other honey so we can taste the difference between the honey made at our different sites.
If you are really lucky, we may have honey in stock from multiple apiaries so you could see if you can taste the difference.
